CREATING BETTER RV EXPERIENCES

Noble RV of Owatonna, opened in March of 2006 by brothers Mike and Pat Noble. Totaling 14,000 square feet, the RV dealership features a state of the art facility with six indoor and six outdoor RV service bays, and two mobile RV service trucks to make on or off-site RV servicing a top priority. The RV parts and service department is staffed with RVDA-certified; technicians, service advisers, parts managers and specialists, a warranty administrator, RV Finance Manger, RV sales team to sell both new and used RV inventory.

Noble RV of Rochester opened in April of 2012, and is located on highway 52 in Oronoco Minnesota. The Rochester RV dealership also has an RV sales team, RV service and RV parts departments. It serves clients in southeastern Minnesota, northeast and central Iowa, as well as clients in western Wisconsin.

Noble RV of Madelia, opened February of 2013 to strategically serve customers in Southwestern Minnesota, Eastern Dakotas, and Northern Iowa areas. Located on Highway 60, the RV dealership was previously Dick Olson Chevrolet. This facility has a 12,000 square foot building featuring a five acre, lighted parking lot. It has RV sales, RV service, RV parts and RV accessories departments.

Noble RV of Minneapolis, located south of Shakopee and north of Jordan, Minnesota on Highway 169 opened in 2013. Equipped with RV sales, RV service and RV parts departments, the RV dealership was expanded from 5,000 to 8,600 square feet in 2014. The facility added three indoor RV service bays bringing the total to six and hard-surface to seven of the 12 acres to display a selection of more than 200 new and used RVs for sale.

LOCAL RV DEALER NOBLE RV NAMED AMONG TOP 50 IN NORTH AMERICA

OWATONNA, Minn. – With a standing-room only crowd overflowing out of the Champagne Ballroom at the Paris Las Vegas, the RVBusiness magazine 2018 Top 50 Dealers Awards reception honored North American RV dealers on Wed., Nov. 7, during the annual RV Dealers Association International Convention/Expo for their outstanding customer service, community involvement and general excellence in overall operations, including local RV dealer Noble RV, Inc.

“This award would not be possible without the hard work of our staff and the loyal customers we serve on a daily basis,” said co-owner, Mike Noble. “It’s an amazing feeling of accomplishment to be a five-year consecutive recipient of the Top 50 Dealer award.”

The process for determining the 2018 RVBusiness Top 50 Awards was an involved one, beginning with harvesting qualified nominees in early summer from RV manufacturers who nominated dealer partners based not just on sales volume but whom they felt exemplify RVB Top 50 qualities and practices. Those dealers were invited to complete the program’s extensive application. Then, an expanded 11-person panel of independent industry insiders met in an intensive two-day, closed-door session in early September to review all the applications and complete their selections.

“We were able to field a judging panel that had expanded familiarity and experience with customer service operations at RV dealerships across North America,” reported BJ Thompson of marketing firm BJ Thompson Associates, which has helped organize the RVB Top 50 program since its founding in 2008.

“Many dealers continue to refine the quality of their operations, place even more emphasis on customer service and sharpen their focus on technician effectiveness. It’s pretty impressive how tenacious and creative some RV dealer applicants can be,” Thompson stated. “The judges were pretty impressed with the quality of the applications; they analyzed and debated and, at the end of the day, had a tough time paring down the top 50 candidates.”

RVBusiness Publisher Sherm Goldenberg said the RVB Top 50 award continues to gain momentum and value among North American dealers, contributing to the program’s mission to elevate the industry as a whole.

“We’re pleased with the increased recognition that these awards are garnering in both the U.S. and Canadian recreation vehicle markets, and it also provides a unique benchmarking tool for a wide array of retailers to examine their own operations and see how they measure up to industry standards and their own expectations on the brink of the 2019 model year,” said Goldenberg. “For their laudable achievements and ongoing excellence, we congratulate this year’s RVB Top 50 dealers.”
